Unbalance compensation

There are different possibilities in order to compensate the unbalance. Basically material is either removed or added at the opposite side. Depending on the work piece (test part) the suitable method can be selected.

During the calibration a free selection of the expansion and angle position of the balancing is possible.

For the calculation of the unbalance and the quality grade the weight of one stone and the pitch-Ø of the balancing weight must be entered.

Calculates value (in gramm) as well as angle position of the unbalance.

The calculated balancing weight can be selected as material addition (+) or as material removal (-).

Calculates the use of two balancing weights (e.g. screws) at fixed places.

Example: Tapholes, number selectable from 4 to 360

The user can also select angle positions near-by.

Calculates the drilling depth and drilling position.

Selection from the twist drill list from Ø 1,5 – 10mm incl. automatic assignment of the drilling depth.

During the calculation the centre of the twist drill is considered.
