Cylindrical parts must be always balanced dynamically in 2 planes. Normally this is done with horizontal balancing machines in different sizes.
How a horizontal balancing machine works:
Two vibration sensors are installed in the area of the rotor holders in horizontal position.
The measured vibrations are transmitted to the balancing electronic. The speed is monitored by an optical speed sensor in axial or radial way.
The BMT230M calculates the balancing results. With a line laser the unbalance position is marked.
